It has been designed for the land which allows for magnificent views of Jervis Bay from every room. You receive the whole house; no one living upstairs or downstairs or through the wall. There is a Wood Fire, Large Oval Twin Spa, flowers, candles, wine, for romantic getaways. In Winter relax in the warmth from the winter sun on the large private deck overlooking Jervis Bay between enjoying the many attractions of Jervis Bay or in Summer enjoy a BBQ and a cool drink over looking Jervis Bay. If you would like to share your Jervis Bay Escape with your adult family or friends, we only sleep 4 to allow for maximum comfort, plenty of space and privacy. We have all the bedding for a couple set up. If 4 persons or 2 singles please notify us so we can have it welcoming for you; beds, linen etc. Sorry No Children, Toddlers, Babies. A Blue Point House which over looks Jervis Bay has been designed to make your holiday or short getaway very relaxing and romantic. This modern home features a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a WIR. This Bedroom has direct access to a bathroom which contains a large oval twin spa. (See Photo Above. You can see the size when you compare with the taps.) Bedroom 2, (we must be notified if this is going to be used so we can make it welcoming for you), contains 2 single beds and BIR and has access via the hallway to the bathroom with the spa. The bathroom is long and has 2 doors with privacy locks. There is also a bathroom downstairs for extra privacy. All rooms have a magnificent view of Jervis Bay. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with large oval twin spa, 2 shower recesses and 2 toilets. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing centre with iron. A modern fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave, even a percolator and coffee plunger for fresh coffee and a tea pot for fresh tea. The open planned Living Area features Tasmanian Oak polished floors, with comfortable lounges. The lounge area is a seperate area not shown in the photos but it contains the t.v, the dvd and a large comfy lounge to lie back in and enjoy the views or the dvd collection. There are two LCD TVs (one in the master bedroom and one in the TV area, Video/DVD, DVD collection and Stereo-CD/Cassette and Radio system as well as an I Pod doc. A Slow Combustion Fire for the romantic cooler nights. All the wood supplied and cut to size, kindling bound for you so you just place it in the fire. Nothing for you to do but enjoy. Eat indoors at the dining table while enjoying the view of Jervis Bay. The House has been designed for all living areas, kitchen and bedrooms to have magnificent views of Jervis Bay and Pt Perpendicular. A large deck with a Gas BBQ and outdoor setting allows you to eat and cook outside listening to the waves and gazing out over Jervis Bay. New double garage with automatic roller door. During your stay you can: Stroll along Beautiful beaches. Swim, snorkel, Have an in-house massage, Scuba dive, kayak, sail, and fish - all in the clear sparkling waters of Jervis Bay. Play Golf, Tennis, Bike Ride. Visit the many wineries in the area. Cruise the Marine Park to View Dolphins, whales, seals and Penguins with a Dolphin or Whale Cruise      Enjoy a coffee, cake or a light meal over looking Jervis Bay at Bayview Bakery-Cafe at the roundabout Vincentia or dine at the many other restaurants there. All this is only 2 km away. There is also a shopping centre too. Visit Booderee National Park or the beautiful Botanic Gardens Walking Trails Walk to Hyams Beach on the Sandy Trail passing through the beautiful Blenheim Beach, (years ago called Nudist Beach due to its pure white sand not due to it being Nudist), Greenfield Beach from A Blue Point House Jervis Bay approx. 1/2 hour. Visit the Lady Denman Museum, Australian Naval Aviation Museum or enjoy a film at Huskisson Pictures Drive to Berry or Historic Milton or Kangaroo Valley.
